3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring they meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old. When booking services, they must provide accurate and complete information to facilitate a smooth process. Additionally, users should secure their personal belongings before the execution of any service to prevent loss or damage.
4. Booking & Payment Policies
To ensure proper processing, all service requests must be placed through our official website or authorized channels. Payments must be made according to the terms specified at the time of booking. In the event of a cancellation, fees may apply, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
The deposit is completely refundable if you cancel at least 72 hours before the service. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling, but we cannot guarantee you a rescheduled date. If you cancel less than 72 hours before the service, you agree to forfeit the deposit.
If the Client wishes to cancel the scheduled appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled date and time, the Client agrees to pay a cancellation fee.
6. Liability & Disclaimer
FECH is not responsible for any damages resulting from pre-existing conditions or unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, we do not guarantee eviction outcomes, as they are subject to legal proceedings beyond our control. All services are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from using our services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes. Providing false or misleading information when booking services is not allowed and may result in service denial. Additionally, any actions that disrupt or interfere with the operations of our website are strictly forbidden.

FECH reserves the right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or terminate accounts if users violate these terms or engage in misconduct.
